A marketplace only works when both sides are protected. Here's exactly how that works on OSRS.EXC.
Every editor is vetted
Applications are reviewed by hand. New editors start probationary, and portfolio work is approved by the creative quality team before it appears anywhere on the site.
Money is held until delivery
Payment is authorised when an order is confirmed and released to the editor only after you accept the final delivery. Payouts scale with editor level.
Clear revision rules
Every order states how many revisions are included before work starts. Extra rounds are agreed in the order workspace, never assumed.
Disputes go to a human
If a delivery misses the brief, open a dispute from the order. A staff reviewer reads the brief, the messages and the files, then resolves in full, in part, or in the editor's favour.
Your files stay private
Order workspaces are visible only to you, the assigned editor and staff handling the case. Nothing is published without your consent.
