What we collect
Your account email, the profile details you enter, the briefs and files you upload, order messages, and payment status information returned by our payment provider.
What we never store
We never store card numbers or other raw payment details. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe.
Who can see your files
Order files and messages are private to you, your assigned editor and authorised OSRS.EXC staff handling your order. Files are served through short-lived private links.
Deletion
Email support to request deletion of your account and associated project data, subject to records we must keep for accounting.
