Refund Policy
When money comes back.
Before an editor starts
If no editor has accepted your order yet, you can cancel for a full refund.
After work has started
Use your included revisions first. If the delivery genuinely misses the brief, report a problem from the order workspace and a staff reviewer will read the brief, the messages and the files.
Possible outcomes
A full refund, a partial refund, an extra revision round, or the editor being paid in full. Disliking a valid edit that matches the brief is not on its own a refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They can take several business days to appear.
